Routine: Basic Calisthenics

Routine:

Muscle – Ups x 5 reps

Dips x 20 reps

Pull – Ups x 10 reps

Push – Ups x 30 reps

 

Equipment Needed:

Pull-Up bar, parallel dip bars

Instructions:

  • Rest between exercises is 10 seconds
  • The above written pattern represents one round
  • The whole workout consists of 4 rounds
  • Rest between rounds is 90 seconds
